Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchases within 30 days of receipt.

STEP 1 You need to submit a return request to customer service via service@monstervalley.com

STEP 2 After receiving our confirmation, you’ll get a return address. Pls prepare your package with an order number, tracking number & contact info.

STEP 3 Arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with

STEP 4 After the driver has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely

STEP 5 Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt Optional button RETURN POLICY In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

STEP 6 All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase) ,the refunds will be transferred within 7-15 business days.

(Shipping costs will not be refunded by monstervalley in case of returns.)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • Please do not return the address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect your return processing.
  • Please check your return carefully before shipping. We will not be responsible for the return of non-monstervalley products.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
  • When you submit a return/exchange request, you must send us a picture showing the problem/defect via email.
  • After receiving the confirmation from the customer service, please send the product together with the product list containing the product ID. The waybill number of the returned package is required; we will process your exchange or refund application as soon as possible after receiving your returned package.



PLEASE BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS IN ADVANCE:

  • The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all original labels affixed.
  • Items with non-returnable signs and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The returned product must be in the original packaging Products that do not meet the above standards will not be considered for return. Most returns will be processed within
  • working days after we receive your package. If we do not notify you in advance of the refund to your payment account, we will refund to your wallet within a few days. The e-wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the "special offer" is sold, we will not accept any exchange and return requests.


CANCEL ORDER:

  • If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the full amount. Once you decide to cancel an order, you should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via service@monstervalley.com.
  • For orders that are cancelled 24 hours after the purchase but have not been shipped, we will provide a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
  • If the order has been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests. Refund (if applicable) After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
  • We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund within 7-15 business days and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method.
  • If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all of these actions but have not received a refund, please contact us at service@monstervalley.com.
